Tour Itinerary
The journey begins by driving to explore the eastern part of Bukittinggi. After an hour’s drive, first stop is the Panorama Tabek Patah for a special coffee break and breathtaking views. There’s tasty local coffee from the village to be enjoyed together with magnificent views over a valley scattered with terraced paddy rice fields.
A little later, your journey takes you over the iconic flyover bridge Kelok 9 via Barulak and Situjuah village. It’s an impressive feat of engineering set across a beautiful natural valley, providing an extraordinarily unique vista.
Then it’s on to Harau Valley itself and a well-earned lunch break at the bottom of the valley. From here you will be able to discover beautiful countryside and waterfalls in this natural conservation area. After viewing the magnificent waterfalls, you can choose to explore the Harau Valley hidden beauty, either by walking or driving. And after your drive or walk in the Valley, there waits a welcome coffee break at the Abdi homestay, where you can relax and further enjoy the awesome landscape. Finally, we travel back to Bukittinggi, a 90minute drive to return you to your hotel to end the day tour.
