TRAVEL ITINERARY:
DAY 1 : Medan Surroundings Tour to Berastagi.
Our team work will come to pick you up either from hotel in Medan downtown or Kuala Namu Airport North Sumatra. We will travel to Bukit Lawang by visiting some tourists highlights around Medan, such as visiting (Istana) Maimun Palace, Medan Grand Mosque (Masjid Raya Al-Mashun), the extraordinary unique church Maria Annai Vellangkanni and Asam Kumbang Crorodile Conservation. After that proceed driving to Berastagi, a mountainous highland with its refreshing cooling weather and which is surrounded by two active volcanoes ; SINABUNG mount and SIBAYAK mount. On our way, we will visit Pagoda Lumbini, the famous Budhist temple park and check in hotel at noon.
DAY 2 : Adventure Climbing Mount Sibayak Volcano Tour
We will start the day early in morning before the sunrise to catch up the magnificent sunrise view or after breakfast early in the morning by heading to the starting point of Mount Sibayak Volcano climbing which takes around 30 minutes drive from Berastagi town. Then we will start hiking to reach the summit of Mount Sibayak to enjoy and witness the impressive view of Berastagi Highland landscape as well as the gigantic Mount Sinabung. This lovely hike to reach the top takes around 90 minutes to 2 hours easy lovely hiking and to return to the starting point takes almost the same time. After that we will proceed driving to Sidebuk debuk hot springs located on the foot of Sibayak Mount for the natural relaxation happy ending after the Sibayak Volcano climbing. After that we will return to hotel to have a free program in the afternoon.
DAY 3 : Easy relaxing Berastagi Tour.
We will start the day by visiting Gundaling Hill to enjoy the magnificent active volcanoes SINABUNG and SIBAYAK mount. Later on continue to Berastagi agricultural farms where we can see the varieties of local crops surrounding Berastagi located on the slope of Sibayak Volcano. We will drive further to Pagoda Lumbini Park, the impressive Buddhist Temple Park in Berastagi. Then we will have a leisure day at Sidebuk debuk hot springs located on the foot of Sibayak Mount. And after that we will return to Berastagi to visit traditional fruit market. Later on we drive back to hotel and free program at noon time.
DAY 4 : Berastagi to Medan City or Kuala Namu Airport.
On our tour to Lake Toba, we will visit Dokan Village the authentic traditional Batak Karo village. Then proceed the trip to a fabulous tourist attraction around North Sumatra, the magnificent Sipiso-piso waterfall. Later on we proceed driving to the King Purba Palace, the ancient Bolon House at Simalungun regency. It must be awesome enjoying coffee break at Panorama Simarjarunjung with Northern Toba Lake view and surrounding mountains landscape. The tour will proceed to the beautiful Tea Plantation in Sidamanik region for a lovely coffee break. And after that we will drive straight straight away to Medan city or Kuala Namu International Airport which takes around 4 – 5 hours drive.
